À la Maison Au Diapason de Bromont, le 2 avril 2015, est décédé à l’âge de 58 ans, monsieur Jacques Lambert, fils de Jean-Guy Lambert et de feu Réjeanne Cournoyer demeurant à Saint-Hyacinthe.
Le défunt laisse dans le deuil deux fils et une fille : Guy, François et Caroline Lambert. Lui survivent également ses frères et sœurs : Constant, Jean-Pierre, Clémence, Lorraine, Odette, Michel et Lise Leur conjoint(e), ses neveux et nièces autres parents et amis.
Monsieur Jacques Lambert sera exposé, le jeudi 9 avril 2015 de 19h à 22h et le vendredi 10 avril à midi, au Complexe Funéraire Ubald Lalime, 2775, avenue Bourdages Nord, Saint-Hyacinthe (près de l’école St-Joseph). (450-774-6417).
Les funérailles seront célébrée le vendredi 10 avril 2015 à 14 h en l’église paroissiale de Saint-Thomas D’Aquin suivie de la crémation au crématoire Lalime. Des dons à la Fondation au Diapason seraient appréciés.
